Rep.co has a progressive white label system that keeps a pool of phone numbers on a per region (country) basis that your messages will send through by default. This pool of numbers is shared across several other Rep.co user locations and does not accept calls or texts.

You can lease a custom phone number for your Rep.co locations (currently supporting US, CA, UK and AUS) by clicking the 'Add' button under the phone number label in your business location view:

You may be greeted by a confirmation that leasing the phone number will cost money:

Click 'Add phone number' and you'll be able to select your country and the area code you would like to use:

Sometimes our telephony providers don't have available phone numbers for certain area codes.

Once you select a number, click purchase and the number will be leased and assigned to your location.
