Integrating Zapier

Rep.co integrates with automation platform Zapier so contacts can be automatically synced into review generation campaigns on autopilot.

To begin, first navigate to a location in your Rep.co dashboard and select an active campaign that you would like to integrate with Zapier. Click the 'Contacts' tab in the campaign and locate your Zapier API key:

Zapier allows you to connect thousands of different platforms to Rep.co, in the rest of this example we will look at integrating Google Sheets with Rep.co via Zapier.

In your Zapier dashboard, create a new Zap and select Google Sheets as the target App and 'New Spreadsheet Row' as the Trigger Event:

Next, you'll select your Google Account, Google Sheet and exact sheet to import from:

The template sheet for adding contacts can be found here. Make your own copy and select that as the source Spreadsheet.

After selecting the proper Spreadsheet and Worksheet, you will be prompted to test the trigger:

Click 'Test Trigger' and verify that the preview of the sheet looks correct:

In the 'Action' section select 'Rep.co' from the App drop down list:

Choose the 'Add Contact' Rep.co event type:

You will then be prompted to 'Sign In To Rep.co' where you will enter the API key we obtained in the first step.

Once you've authenticated with your API key, select the Rep.co campaign that you want to connect to this sheet and then map the column names to their respective values:

Click 'Test & Review' and watch the test contact populate into your campaign:

Now any contacts you add to the Google Sheet will automatically get imported into your campaign.

Using Zapier you can automate review generation campaigns to all of your contacts, regardless of where they are (think CRMs, Accounting Software, etc).
